Direct one-on-one pairing with veteran Rotarian CEOs, industrialists, and consultants for continuous guidance and governance support.

Non-equity financial grants and investor linkages awarded to top finalists to procure equipment, scale operations, and create jobs.

Who Can Participate?

  • RMBians and Rotarian: Open to Nigerian all RMBians and Rotarians
  • Viable Innovation: Enterprise or concept addressing a genuine market need or community challenge in Nigeria.
  • Target Sectors: Agribusiness & Food Security, Technology & Clean Energy, Creative Arts & Fashion, Health & Education, or Light Manufacturing.
  • Commitment: Readiness to undergo all bootcamp training modules, mentorship sessions, and pitch at the Grand Finale.

Phase 1

Call for Applications & Idea Submission

Online portal opens for submission of pitch decks, executive summaries, and founder video introductions across all 36 states and FCT.

Phase 2

Screening & Virtual Accelerator Bootcamp

Top 50 shortlisted entrepreneurs undergo intensive training with industry experts on lean operations, unit economics, and pitch readiness.

Phase 3

Semi-Final Pitching & Rotarian Mentor Pairing

Top 20 finalists are matched with dedicated Rotarian business mentors to refine their strategies and prepare for live jury presentations.

Phase January 2027

Grand Finale & Awards Ceremony

Live pitching in front of high-level judges at The Mega Business Expo 2026, followed by award and trophies.
