During his tenure, Engr. Adeleke spearheaded the chapter's nationwide expansion across Districts 9111, 9112, 9126, 9127, 9141, and 9142. He formalized the chapter's verified business directory and presided over the planning of the inaugural Mega Business Expo, strengthening RMB's reputation as Nigeria's premier ethical commercial fellowship.

Chief Johnson led the chapter through a critical period of digital transformation. Under his visionary stewardship, RMB Nigeria launched virtual B2B match-making sessions, cross-chapter international business dialogues, and formalized mentorship tracks that connected seasoned Rotarian CEOs with emerging entrepreneurs.

As the pioneer convener of RMB in Nigeria, Hajiya Fatima championed the original chartering of the fellowship. She laid the programmatic foundation for what evolved into the Youth Business Innovation Challenge (YBIC) and championed women's enterprise development within the Rotary family.
